Loperin may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Loperin is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Loperin is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
CAUTION

Diarrhea can cause water loss and electrolyte imbalance. Drink plenty of fluids to help keep you hydrated.
Consult your doctor if your diarrhea lasts for more than 48 hours.
Do not use Loperin if you have blood in your stool or if you are severely constipated.
Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Loperin can cause dizziness and sleepiness.
