How to use Meverine 135
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Meverine 135 is to be taken empty stomach.
How Meverine 135 works
Meverine 135 relaxes the muscles of the intestine and relieves spasm.
What if you forget to take Meverine 135?
If you miss a dose of Meverine 135, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Tablet 135 mg tid, may reduce gradually after several wk when the desired effect has been obtained;
As modified-release Capsule: 200 mg bid.
Contraindication
Paralytic ileus.
Mode of Action
Mebeverine is an antispasmodic agent which exerts direct action on the GI smooth muscle.

Caution should be exercised in porphyria or allergic reaction to this or any other medicine of this group.
