Concomitant admin w/ reserpine may increase hypotension and bradycardia. Additive w/ Ca channel blockers, hydralazine, methyldopa. Increased risk of bradycardia and heart block w/ verapamil and diltiazem. May decrease hypotensive effects w/ NSAIDs (e.g. indometacin).
