UNSAFE

A Rox may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED

A Rox is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of A Rox may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

How to use A Rox

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. A Rox is to be taken empty stomach.

How A Rox works

A Rox is an antibiotic. It works by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Thus, it stops the bacteria from growing, and prevents the infection from spreading.

What if you forget to take A Rox?

If you miss a dose of A Rox, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
