Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. PGL 5 may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How PGL 5 works

PGL 5 is an antiplatelet medication. It works by preventing platelets from sticking together, thereby decreasing the formation of harmful blood clots. This lowers the chances of another heart attack or stroke.

What if you forget to take PGL 5?

If you miss a dose of PGL 5, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
