Aleze is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Because of its low milk levels and lack of sleepiness, use of Aleze would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed babies.
