Dilarof is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Dilarof does not usually affect your ability to drive.
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Dilarof is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Dilarof is recommended.
CAUTION
Dilarof should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dilarof may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Dilarof is not recommended in patients with moderate to severe liver disease.
