উপাদান: নিম পাতা

নিম পাতার উপকারিতাঃ
জাতিসংঘের ঘোষিত একুশ শতকের বৃক্ষ।
১। রক্ত পরিষ্কার করে।
২। বিভিন্ন চর্মরোগ - অ্যালার্জি, চুলকানি ও খোসপাঁচড়ায় বিশেষ উপকারী।
৩। নিম পাতা ফাঙ্গাস ও ব্যাক্টেরিয়া বিরোধী। ব্রণ সমস্যায় ফস মাস্ক হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
৪। নিম ব্যবহারে চুলের গোড়া শক্ত হয়, চুল হয় সিল্কি ও খুশকি মুক্ত।
৫। নিম পাতার পানি দিয়ে গোসল করলে বিভিন্ন চর্ম সমস্যায় উপকার পাওয়া যায়।
