Encorate Chrono 500 is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

Encorate Chrono 500 may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Encorate Chrono 500 is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Encorate Chrono 500 may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
CAUTION
Encorate Chrono 500 should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Encorate Chrono 500 may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Encorate Chrono 500 is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
